Vegetable Stir Fry. It's Easy, Quick and "Crunchy"
Vegetable stir fry is usually associated with Asian cooking. It allows you to cook vegetable on a high

- If the vegetables seem a little dry, do not add more oil, instead add a little water.
- For finishing, add the liquid ingredients such as soy sauce or sesame oil and seasoning. For
thinly sliced
or shredded dishes, turn down the heat for a few minutes while the flavors combine, adjust the seasoning,
and serve. For dishes with tougher or larger cut ingredients, place a lid over the wok and adjust the
temperature to maintain a simmer so that the food steams until it has absorbed a portion or all of the
liquid, adjust the seasoning, stir quickly, and serve.
