Vegetable Garnish : Variation 1
White Swan of Radish

Ingredients & Tools:
1 big radish 1 medium red chili 2 clove Toothpicks Carving knife
Step 1. Cut radish into 3
Step 2. Take the first cut of radish and carve a swan head using carving knife.
Step 3. Swan's body is made from the second cut. Take some small parts beneath so it can stand. Trim all over the body.
Step 4. Take the last cut. Slightly trim to smooth the surface of radish cut. Make 3 thiny slices, 2 for wings and 1 for swan's tail. Carve the wings and tail carefully.
Step 5. Combine all swan body parts using toothpicks.
Step 6. Make swan's eyes from cloves on both sides of tis head. Cut red chili tip in 1 cm lenght. Using another small cut of toothpick, put it as swan's beak. Source: Nova
