Carrot-Parsley Cocktail

2/3 bowl carrot juice
6 parsley

Blend well. Serves 1


You can also add some other green leafy veggies into your parsley juice. Carrot Juice Cocktail is the example. Herb addition is for enriching the flavor.

Parsley Healthy Drink

1 bowl carrot juice
1/4 bowl any green juice and/or 1-2 leafy green
2 parsley
1/2 tsp any herbs

Blend well and serve for 1.
