Vegetable juicing is the easiest way to get all vitamins, minerals and enzymes contained in vegetables, as well as the alternative for healthy drinks for your family. It can be served as juice alone or blending with another, as you desired.

  • Every 50 pounds of body weight need about one pound of raw vegetable per day in order to balance our pH. If you think you could accomplish it by eating that much raw vegetable, that would be great! But if you could not, vegetable juicing allows you to transform the veggie to liquid so you can emphasize them into just a glass of nutritious drink.

  • Our daily diet should be composed in balance composition of building foods (i.e. foods contained substances for repairing and recovering process) and cleanse foods (i.e. foods contained substance for disposal and detoxification process that contained in vegetable in quite large amount). If you prefer to choose building foods from your favorite menus, as you have been running for years, then you can pick vegetable juice drink as your cleanse foods, so it would not change your habit too much.

  • Our body can absorb nutrition from liquid foods easier that from the solid ones. Juicing will help to "pre-digest" them for us so that enables our body to maximize absorption. Liquid foods give our digestion system easier works so that can give more attention to the absorption process.

  • You probably love salads, but to eat that many salads is something you might not do quite often. Besides, having some foods in excess means that your body is exceeding some certain substances as well. Your body has to adjust and manage the excess. This situation can increase your chance of developing an allergy, irritation or infection.
