To get the most of juice benefit, you can mix some juices and take all the beneficial content all together.

However, please, you have to understand that "not all suit all". You have to consider about the taste, the appearance, and the most important thing is try to make your juice as balanced meal, too.

What I mean is, try to combine nutrition contained in vegetable so it won't give you too much elements while lacking of another elements in another side.

Here are some tips on mixing juice:

  1. Combine juices from sweet fruits with juices of sub-acid fruits, but not with those of acid fruits, vegetable fruits or vegetables.

  2. Juices from sub-acid fruits is best to combine with juices of sweet fruits, or acid fruits, but not with other juices.

  3. You can combine juices from acid fruits with those of sub-acid fruits or vegetable fruits, but not with other juices.

  4. Juices from vegetable fruits make a right mixture when combined with those of acid fruits or of green leafy vegetables, but not with other juices.

  5. Consider to combine juices from green leafy vegetables with those of vegetable fruits or of the root vegetable, but not with other juices.

  6. Last bu not least, juices from root vegetables are perfect to combine with with those of green leafy vegetables, but not with other juices.

A proper selection of juices in treating a particular ailment is very essential and will give you the most of benefit of the juice. Let's take an instance, juices of carrot, cucumber, cabbage, and other vegetables are very valuable inasthma, arthritis and skin disease, but juices of orange and mosambi aggravate their symptoms by increasing the amount of mucus.
