Cucumber Salad Recipe




We usually serve this veggie as pickle. However, in this section, we will try to give some fresh sensation as well as new appearance to this veggie :).

It has previously mentioned that cucumbers usually used and served as pickles. In fact, there are some other veggies can be served as pickles, too.

Cucumber Salad

2 Medium Cucumber
1 Cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 Cup Green Onion
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

Cut each cucumber in half the long way. Discard the seeds.

Cut up into 1/2-inch cubes and put them in a bowl.

Sprinkle with salt. Add onions and stir.

In another bowl, mix together cheese, lemon juice,oil, and pepper. Add that to the first mixture.Stir the salad and serve.

Cucumber and Baby Corn Salad

For salad:
1 medium cucumber, cut halve circle
1 lettuce, shredded
1 onion, cut halve circle
10 baby corn, steam, thin sliced

For dressing:
1/2 bottle Thousand Island dressing1 lemon, juiced1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp chili sauce

Place all ingredients on a large bowl

Mix all dressing ingredients well, pour on the salad as about to be served
