To prepare sweet veggies salad, I suggest adding some other ingredients, let's say, lemon juice for the flavor. It is better this way, since the sweet taste will be strongly enhanced.

The first recipe is quite simple to prepare and need no special dressing on it. However, the mixture of cilantro and red onion gives it special taste itself.

Corn Salad

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can golden sweet corn, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. For 10 servers

If you love cheese, the next one can be your perfect choice. Perfect appearance, aroma and flavor. Oh, there is nothing left to say. You would better try this special variation yourself. It is sooooo "yummy" :)
