Its natural sweet can also be your very first start step on introducing vegetable juice to your young children. The following recipes will be interesting them so much.

Carrot Milk

1 bowl goat milk
1 medium carrot, chopped

Blend well. For 1 serving

It was the original variation, but I found that my child did not like it because its goat milk aroma is quite strong and make them bit queasy.

Fortunately, I found another idea that gives the juice a better taste and aroma by adding a ripe banana in it.

If you are newbie, it is naturally that sometimes you will find some problems or difficulties when preparing juice. Therefore, I provide you some useful tips on preparing juice to make your juicing work easier.

Carrots-Banana Milk Shake

1/2 bowl goat milk
1 ripe banana
1/2 bowl carrot juice
1 tsp sunflower seed

Blend till creamy. For 2-3 servings


Banana gives the recipe smooth texture and sweet nice taste, and I found my child more like it this way. Sunflower seed added for more nutrient contents.

It is said that sunflower seed contain unsaturated fatty acid that beneficial for blood stream health.

The next recipe can be an alternative for those are avoid goat milk for some reason. They can still get the benefit of the juice and keep their no-goat milk diet.

Juicy Carrots-Sunflower

3/4 sunflower seed
3 bowl carrot juice

Blend sunflower seed till soft. Add juice.
Blend for a while. For 4 servings
