Broccoli Recipes for Your Kids

Broccoli Creamy Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon starch
- 1 litre broth
- 2 tablespoon milk powder
- 50 grams grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- 100 grams sausage, sliced
- 100 grams, pick the florettes, steamed

Directions:
Saute garlic and onion, add starch. Stir until brown
colored.
Add milk powder and broth, mix evenly. Pour on the
sauteed mixture. Add salt, cheese and pepper. Stir
well.
Add sausage and broccoli. Stir a while and take from the
stove. Serve as it's hot.

Broccoli Omelette with Spaghetti
|
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken eggs, mix
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon sauteing oil
- 50 grams broccoli, pick the florettes
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 50 grams milled meat
- 30 grams spaghetti, boiled
- 1 tomato, thiny sliced
- Grated cheese

Directions:
Mix eggs, tomato sauce and salt.
Saute onion. Add milled meat. Add broccoli when meat color has changed.
Stir until half wilted. Pour spaghetti, mix well. Add salt for taste.
Pour the dough on sauteed mixture. Spread tomato slices and sprinkle with
cheese. Make omellete on low heat.
