Baked Vegetable Recipe
In my experience, serving this baked vegetable recipe is the easiest way to get your kids eats vegetables. Furthermore, when you add your kids' favorite yet nutritious ingredient such as cheese on it. Hmm... they will beg you for it.

Chop spinach fine, add parsley, cook in shortening for 10 minutes. Add well-beaten eggs to milk, pour over spinach. Add cheese and seasoning, turn intogreased baking dish. It gives you a very little of vegetable flavor. Cheese is still the perfect additional ingredient, but now you will also find breadcrumbs on it. Baked Zucchini1 1/2 to 2 lbs. zucchini Salt to taste 1 lg. onion 1 c. breadcrumbs 1 or 2 eggs 1 c. milk
Grind or grate zucchini, squash and steam in frying pan with oil enough to keep from sticking. Add chopped onion. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly before adding milk and breadcrumbs and part of cheese. Add well-beaten eggs and some cheese. Put in baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and all cheese left.
